Electricity and sewer in Catawissa Borough are provided by the Borough. Water is provided by the Catawissa Water Authority. New residents moving to the Borough must complete a Meter Deposit Form and return it to the Borough Office. Deposit amounts:

  • $125 for non-electric heat
  • $250 for electric heat

Homeowners may request a refund of their deposit after 2 years provided they have a good payment record. Renters will have their deposit applied to their final bill when they move. In either event, contact Boro Hall for more information, 1-570-356-2561.
